involves all that we are, all that we have and all that we use.
- that Stewardship is a spiritual issue, having to do with our response in gratitude for
God's gifts to us.
- that Christ Church people wish to live generously, responding to the needs of others
through current giving and estate planning.
- that conscientious stewardship is uplifting and rewarding to the one exercising such
stewardship.
- the need of each individual to give is more important than the need of the church to
receive.
- that personal circumstances and priorities differ, resulting in different ways of
supporting the Church.
- that situations change and current commitments may need to be revised.
- members and adherents to contribute to the work of the church as they are able.
- that each year, members and adherents will provide an indication of their planned
support for the church (both time and money).
- members to be involved in the programs of the church, and to give a percentage of their
income to the church.
