Notice of Semi-Annual Congregational Meeting - January 29th, 2012
Please marks your calendars and plan to attend the Semi-Annual Congregational Meeting following worship on January 29th, 2012.   The Board of Trustees will present its annual report, the Capital Campaign Team will update its progress and the Finance Team will present the 2011 Auditor's Report and  Financial Statement as well as the 2012 Operating Budget.

This winter’s meeting brings news both positive and concerning about the state of our financials.   While our Capital Fundraising Campaign has been a tremendous success, Christ Church has incurred a significant operating deficit for 2011 (as expected and projected a year ago) and now we must make some serious decisions about the 2012 budget.  It’s important that all members come out to hear the reasons behind these decisions and exercise their vote on the best plan forward.  You'll also be asked to vote on a small addition to the Capital Campaign project list.

So please plan to stay a bit longer after worship on January 29th.  Sandwiches will be provided.   Your input and support are needed and greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
