The Deity

At the apex of the window we see God, portrayed by the artist in brilliant gold and red colours.  In Isaiah's encounter he "saw"  God and was aware that his presence filled the whole sanctuary, but there is no description of form.

The Seraphim

The artist has shown us only one of the seraphim, but we are told that there were many:

"Fiery beings attended him, each with six wings: with two they covered their face, with two they covered their private parts, and with two they flew about."

The Way of Yahweh

Listen! someone is making an announcement:

Build a road for Yahweh right through the wilderness.
Make a highway for our God straight through the desert.
Let every valley be filled in.
Let every mountain and hill be knocked down.
Let the rough terrain be made level.
Let the uneven ground be made flat.
